Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

The technicians I interacted with conducted themselves in a professional manner and treated me with respect. I am very happy with the work and I enjoy driving my car again. Young N. Niles, MI
