Weeks go by and I finally call and get someone on the phone. They inform me the repair won't be pretty because it's an old michigan car and suggests a patch job. I would like the repair but if a patch gets me back on the road then cool. Nope. 2 months later I finally get someone on the phone who tells my they "aren't gonna be able" to fix my car. I flatbed it home and fine no attempt at either the repair or the patch job they suggested themselves. 0 stars. Fecken 0.

The employees are courteous. knowledgeable and most important, they are COMPETENT. They don't overcharge...they don't replace unnecessary parts...they don't perform unnecessary service. If you need your car serviced right, Fox and Sons is THE place to go!
