Chapman Automotive got me in sooner than most automotive shops in the greater Kalamazoo area, by 2 weeks! I was trying to beat the cold weather and get my entire driveline serviced, belts and seals looked over too. I was given an estimate that was much lower than other shops gave me, and I took the leap. I was overly impressed by the speed of getting my vehicle in, the cost of total repairs and the way the owner, John Chapman’s, demeanor was. He spoke with respect, familiarity and was kind. He stood back his work, something you don’t always see, with a long warranty on parts and national coverage warranties that I could use if I traveled and had car troubles. Definitely will return!

We have used Thomsons Auto Repair for all the work on our vehicles,our 2 trucks,monte carlo,1955 and 1958 Fords and motor home that we have.They have done any work that has been needed on any of them.We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and their communication with us while the work is being preformed.I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to have repair work done on their autos.

I never ever would go there go somewhere with a better reputation. I went to put my truck back together after they straightened it, and the bumper wouldn't fit anymore because they left the frame bent terribly. I didn't notice until 8 months later and asked them if that's the normal procedure here and they said "no we didn't do it- you hit someone and want us to fix it free". I can understand they won't fix it free 9 months later but do it right the first time. My friend had a similar experience with his vehicle.

??????Buyers beware?????? This is the WORST company EVER!!!! I brought an engine in November 2019 for a 2010 Chevy Silverado hybrid and 2 engines later still don't have the correct engine. The lack of communication with this company is horrible. I've never delt with a business that only texts, it seem like. I thought I did my homework with reading the reviews and researching but clearly not well enough. Just PLEASE DON'T NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR YOUR ????????
