My underage son was alone without a parent and he was questioned by an... read more My underage son was alone without a parent and he was questioned by an employee who calls himself a manager (which we found out this is a lie he's not a manager). This employee told my son he knows me and hates me due to a professional encounter we had. My son overheard this employee talking about where we might live to another employee. This employee has gotten in trouble before and we fear he may come harm our family. These employees have access to your personal information (including addresses) and are obviously using it for personal reasons. Beware anyone who is a professional and comes into this establishment; maybe you will be the next one confronted or your children. This is a very unprofessional business and the owner told us we were lying and took the side of the employee. No support from the owner.

My daughter drove the SUV home from college on Friday and needed the vehicle for starting work on Monday - a short window to get the old SUV checked out for safety and reliability. With an appointment, Ron was able to get us in on Friday at noon, checked the SUV all out, found the source of a pesky oil leak underneath, and had it ready for pick up late Friday afternoon. This reminds me of the old neighborhood service stations, and I appreciate the prompt service and fairness of All A's. THANK YOU.
