2010 FLHTK with 3387 miles. Biker bobs picked up the bike on Tuesday July 10, 2012 Wednesday July 11, 2012 Jesse left a voice mail on my cell phone ( still have the message saved ) stating that Harley had agreed to warranty the repair. Friday July 20, 2012 Jesse left another voice mail on my cell phone stating that now Harley was not going to warranty the repair. The service dept needs to get their act together. They had not disassembled the bike to inspect the damage before Jesse told me they would warranty the repair. Their lack of organization and manner of dealing with people does not inspire customer loyalty. I will no longer do business with Biker Bob's

Really great all around feeling from this dealer. Special thanks to Jerry for his professionalism before and after the sale. Fair price on a used road king. This dealer did everything they said they would when they said they would. No high pressure push. Just knowledgeable, helpfull, friendly staff. That means you Kristen, Mark, Jeannie, Rick and what was that parts guys name? I have only had the bike for a couple of days. Hope I picked a good one. Appears to be a well cared for one owner low miles good investment.
