Mufflers repair service near Novi, MI

I've been working with J&D for longer than I can remember... I can't imagine going anywhere else...They are always there when I need them!

Eric is a TOP-NOTCH 5 STAR ASE Certified Master Technician and L1 Advanced Drivability Specialist who loves to help people. One of the greatest things about him is he shares his knowledge and helps other technicians/mechanics in the area with their automotive challenges. To me, that says a lot about his character. And, the fact that he can fix anything that comes in the door is another amazing thing about him. He is passionate and loves what he does - and it shows... in everything he does! He is personable, and provides the best customer service around. And, he does the services and repairs he says he will do for a reasonable price. My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.

Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. Nick is a calm, respectful, mechanic who is fair with his pricing and knows his Volkswagens.

ALL HAIL JAY!! I got into a little fender bender and my bumper got knocked in and my tail light broke. Jay was able to fit me in rite away and took excellent care of me! I love my car, and when i saw the AMAZING work that was done i fell in love all over again!! I have already recommended friends to Automotive Solutions and will continue to do so! I hope i don't have to come back for anything, but if something does happen, i already have Jay's number on speed dial!

This is the only shop I will take my car to. These guys know what they are doing and they are HONEST. Once they fix something I never have to take it back. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.

Terrible rip off artist... took my vehicle there after a winter storm they were the only muffler shop in the area that was open unfortunately and I had to have my muffler completely replace from the snow storm they told me it was going to be $300 to get a whole new exhaust system, 3 months later the muffler broke and fell apart went to take it back in to have it fixed and was told I had to pay $20 for parts because when they installed it the first time they basically rigged it up a week later it breaks again and we come to find out that they did not replace the whole system like they were supposed to do and what we paid for they only replaced half of it in which they ripped us off and now they want us to pay another $150 to repair what should have been repaired in the first place, nothing like paying 300 dollars for it make load noises when I drive and rattles when I'm ideling.

The company van was running poor and due for a tune up, by the noise in the lifters I knew we had more than one issue. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the fuel injector and a tune up and were were on our way. The van runs like the wind. Thanks Cliff, great job

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to finish the work & purchase my tires too! I'd recommend Ode to everyone! Cindy H

Sad customer service, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicles. Long story short the owner is a con artist, and his employees are trying to make money on the side. Beware!!!
