Went in for 4 ignition coils, my 2006 Passat was shuddering. After a test drive and diagnostic, Nick, the owner, said I only needed 1. I asked him to check my spark plugs, they needed replacing. I also think that I got to the bottom of a concern that I've had for a while. I visited Revive Auto Repair based on the 5 star reviews. I'll return based on my visit. The experience was fantastic. Nick is a calm, respectful, mechanic who is fair with his pricing and knows his Volkswagens.

My previous mechanic was booked solid so I decided to try Tuffy on recommendation from a friend. My car was running poorly again, after being "fixed" a few months prior by my last mechanic. The guy at Tuffy explained that he did it all wrong, and told me he could fix it but advised me to take my car back to the last place and make them do it properly. He didn't even charge me for diagnostics. A+++.

Rick referred me to another shop since Rick didnt have the tool. His contact, Jim, set up an appointment with his technician. They didnt charge me for my mistake and cycled a trunk switch / ignition that reset the body control module without the diagnostics. Lucky, fortunate and grateful! Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.

I still can't get over how smoothly my car is running! Thank you for the great service, hospitality, and explaining things in an understandable way. I usually dread taking my car into anywhere for service but I feel like I now have a trusted place to visit when needed. The process was quick and thorough and everyone I interacted with was pleasant. Thanks Justin and team!
