I had my lifetime brakes replaced at a local "brake shop" and they squealed forever and shook the car when I touched them on the highway. When I was having my oil changed at All Tune and Lube I mentioned the problem and they took a look at them for me. Wow! Phil was super friendly and took me back to show them to me and informed me that I should of had my rotors replaced when they did the brake pads. He was very informative and explained how the braked worked and why they should have been replaced. They replaced my rotors and pads at a reasonable price and now my car brakes like new and with out any "squealing". I will never be fooled by low prices that are too good to be true again! Phil-you have a new customer for life!

Best place ever to get car repairs done! Paul is an absolute gem! My car needed plenty of work but not once did I feel pressured to have any of it done. Paul was honest about what was most important (not the most expensive) and ultimately did 90% of the work in 1 day for a very reasonable price. 15 day Poor follow up, car remained outside in the Michigan cold weather without ever bringing it in on a hoist. Called multiple times only to be told by Jeff they could not get to it. Was advised after the second day there I was next. After 15 days of back and forth we rented a car to see if possibly a Tech had been ill or something. But what we did know the shop could not service us to our expectations. After showing up Jeff the head mechanic finally agreed to give us an estimate that only repeated what we had said when we brought the car in i.e. the engine light and VSC light was on and there was dragging in 1 and 2nd gear. Cost $6500. Thank Goodness the car was still pretty drive able. It is not a hooptie. Got a 2nd opinion they researched it in 2 hours. repaired it, $402.

Sad customer service, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicles. Long story short the owner is a con artist, and his employees are trying to make money on the side. Beware!!!

Every time I take my car there they are fast and they are both professional and helpful. What I like most about him is that the prices of fear some prices are much better I was pleasantly surprised. I take my car there often and will continue to do so. -Linda

Since I got my 2010 Hyundai Elantra I've been taking it to Mac's Tire and Auto for all my maintenance work. For a few months after the purchase of my auto, I took it to the dealer for maintenance. However, I found them to be a little pricey. My neighbor told me of Mac's auto and said he was very satisfied. I started taking my car to Mac's ever since 2010 for about 4 years, and I've been super satisfied since. Also the owner and all his employees are very nice.

Took my car to GLA at the referral of a close friend because my brakes lost all power. I had known for about two months that I had a small leak in my front passenger side brake line, being the son of a former mechanic I had bought parts and planned on doing the work myself. However, weather and timing were not on my side. Took my car in and Matt and John took a look at it and found that my master cylinder had also went bad. They replaced the cylinder and found that I was right about the leak in the front passenger line, however Matt was pretty sure that the increased pressure from the new cylinder caused the leak. They replaced the line as well and now my car stops better than when I bought it. They did it at a reasonable price too, because I know that the same job at a dealership could have been $900-1000. I'll definitely be seeing them in the future.
