Motorcycle repair service near Southfield, MI

2010 FLHTK with 3387 miles. Biker bobs picked up the bike on Tuesday July 10, 2012 Wednesday July 11, 2012 Jesse left a voice mail on my cell phone ( still have the message saved ) stating that Harley had agreed to warranty the repair. Friday July 20, 2012 Jesse left another voice mail on my cell phone stating that now Harley was not going to warranty the repair. The service dept needs to get their act together. They had not disassembled the bike to inspect the damage before Jesse told me they would warranty the repair. Their lack of organization and manner of dealing with people does not inspire customer loyalty. I will no longer do business with Biker Bob's

Attention all Macomb County and Metro Detroit ATV fans!! If you want your ATV or Watercraft completely destroyed take it to these fools. Please do yourself a favor find a licensed dealer because these guys aren't even licensed. Expect a lawsuit Lakeview Powersports LLC....and by the way this is only the beginning.
