Just wanted to take a minute to say how incredibly happy I am to have found a rebuilder that I can believe in. I own Thornberry's Auto service in White Lake, and install probably 12-15 fairway engines a year in my customers vehicles. There are plenty of rebuilders around, but with Norm and Andy, I know the job is done right every time. I was given a verbal estimate of the costs to fix and the estimate was correct. They promptly went to work on the vehicle. I am always pleased with the amount of effort these guys put out in order to resolve the source of my problem. See you agin soon.

I still can't get over how smoothly my car is running! Thank you for the great service, hospitality, and explaining things in an understandable way. A few months ago the shop owner contacted me directly and was very apologetic, polite, understanding. We spoke about my experience & he remained very professional. I was impressed that he reached out and eliminated my worry. I will definitely return as they are a reputable business who clearly values their clientele.

Be Warned! I went to them with a hanging parking brake but they didn't discover the problem until they convinced me the problem was due to me needing all new brakes and rotors "over $1100" and to top it off the brakes they replaced they had installed less than 3000 miles before. TO FIX THE REAL PROBLEM THEY DISABLED MY EMERGENCY BRAKES. (((Are they dishonest or just incompetent)))
