We have been using King's for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldn't start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didn't charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I admit that I was a little skeptical at first about taking the route of a remanufactured motor over a new vehicle due to the poor service and broken promises that many service providers give today. However Larry you did right by us. Not only did we get 1 reman but we got 2 which saved us a lot of money as opposed to the route of brand new vehicles. I visited Jay Bazzi today for 4 tires on my trailblazer he gave me a deal of the life time! he changed 4 tires for my truck and the oil in less than a half hour!! i was so shocked in the service he provided he even took me back to the work area and showed me everything they replaced! amazing automotive center! will send everyone to you jay!!!!

I had a engine misfire and my oil was contaminated. Motech fixed my misfire and did a oil change for no extra charge. The service was excellent. The people were friendly and did excellent auto work. I would like to recommend them. If your having car problems go to Motech they get the job done. Taccara Delaughter

This review is for Auto Center of Canton which I presume is the new name for this shop. I drove my 2000 Volvo S80 to get it diagnosed because the engine kept missing even after new parts were replaced. This took place on October 16th of 2019 and all I've been getting about this problem is the runaround from a mechanic named Rich. Initially I was told that the engine may need to be replaced with a price tag of $2700.00. I went out to the shop to put half of the deposit for the engine and then was told that the engine was fine, but it was the engine control module that was in need of repairs. Instead of Rich contacting me of the status of the module, I've had to keep calling and then Rich never calls back when he says. It's been over a month of waiting and this is unacceptable as my wife needs to be cared for and taken to her oncologist for cancer treatments at U of M hospital. At this point and right now, I want my car back with the original module and my $500.00 since nothing but waste time has been done. I caution anyone considering this place for repairs as they are just monkeying around and wasting people's time and money.

I am so glad that I came in to Good Care Auto. They not only repaired my vehicle for a reasonable price but they also educated me about my vehicle and what it needs and how to maintain it. I will recommend this auto shop to anyone.
