Oil change service near Warren, MI

Since I got my 2010 Hyundai Elantra I've been taking it to Mac's Tire and Auto for all my maintenance work. For a few months after the purchase of my auto, I took it to the dealer for maintenance. However, I found them to be a little pricey. My neighbor told me of Mac's auto and said he was very satisfied. I started taking my car to Mac's ever since 2010 for about 4 years, and I've been super satisfied since. Also the owner and all his employees are very nice.

This is the very best Auto Place to go to! I have been going for years and they have successfully serviced both of my vehicles. Extremely pleasant, reasonable prices and they care about their customers. I feel at home and always get excellent service! Oh and Gary is the BESTtttttttt. Never disappointed with his customer service. He's knowledgeable and able to multitask along with being resourceful.

Usually, they provide great and fast service I have been going there for years, however, the last time I was there I was told there was an additional charge for a service (topping off my antifreeze) that is always provided with the cost of the high mileage oil change. Long story short, I left under the impression that all fluids had been topped off, and I was wrong the mechanic never told me he did not top off my antifreeze. About a month later I had a blown head gasket and, of course, it is my fault. I guess the sum of the story is be aware of all the fine print and services offered.

I was given a verbal estimate of the costs to fix and the estimate was correct. They promptly went to work on the vehicle. I am always pleased with the amount of effort these guys put out in order to resolve the source of my problem. See you agin soon.

I've been working with J&D for longer than I can remember... I can't imagine going anywhere else...They are always there when I need them!

I had my lifetime brakes replaced at a local "brake shop" and they squealed forever and shook the car when I touched them on the highway. When I was having my oil changed at All Tune and Lube I mentioned the problem and they took a look at them for me. Wow! Phil was super friendly and took me back to show them to me and informed me that I should of had my rotors replaced when they did the brake pads. He was very informative and explained how the braked worked and why they should have been replaced. They replaced my rotors and pads at a reasonable price and now my car brakes like new and with out any "squealing". I will never be fooled by low prices that are too good to be true again! Phil-you have a new customer for life!
