Biker bobs picked up the bike on Tuesday July 10, 2012 Wednesday July 11, 2012 Jesse left a voice mail on my cell phone ( still have the message saved ) stating that Harley had agreed to warranty the repair. Friday July 20, 2012 Jesse left another voice mail on my cell phone stating that now Harley was not going to warranty the repair. The service dept needs to get their act together. They had not disassembled the bike to inspect the damage before Jesse told me they would warranty the repair. Their lack of organization and manner of dealing with people does not inspire customer loyalty. I will no longer do business with Biker Bob's
