Toyota service near Blaine, MN

Car was there three times for a simple alignment. Ive beat my head against the wall enough over the incompetence. After first appointment the car was worse than when I brought it there. I could go into much more detail but it's not worth it. Complete waste of time and money. I'll gladly go somewhere else.!! ????

Very dissapointed, My family meaning my inlaws and sisters and parents have been bringing their cars into Monticello Goodyear for service work for years because of my recomomdations and it made me sick to my stomach to see what they were charging for the exact same parts i could pick up at the local parts store, i googled their parts list and everything came up at the local Napa store not a dealer. I understand labor cost but come on upcharge for parts and when i say upcharge i mean $426.00 more than what i could purchase them for direct from Napa. Best part is they dont even pick up the parts, Napa delivers them for free. Dont give me B.S. about overhead they were still getting over $950.00 for labor, pretty sure even at $100.00 it wouldnt take over 9 hours to complete this job. People wonder why they feel cheated its because they probally are. I will say that all of the people who work their are friendly and helpfull, but i would put up with a gruff personality to save $426.00

Never actually fixed the issues I was experiencing. It seemed as if they recommended something for an issue they really didn't know how to fix, didn't care to research, OR an approach of new brakes just cause it's easy money for them. Ive left them a voicemail and email to return my call to discuss, but they haven't returned my call.

Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have a bolt tightened on my battery. During the appointment they told me my front and back alignment was "out of whack". I agreed to the fix. I was charged the full amount for everything, just short of $200, and was told everything was done. Except for only half the alignment was done, they stated they couldn't do the rear adjustment. Still charged me full price. I noticed they hadn't tightened the bolt, and after calling it to their attention they told me I didn't need it. When I got home I noticed they hadn't done the tire rotation either. I texted and was told that despite it being 2 years since I put the tires on without a rotation, it wasn't needed. Yet was charged for it. So end of the day, the only thing that was fully done that I asked and paid for was an oil change. At least I'm trusting that was done. For $200. I was told TGK owes me $10 for not doing the tire rotation. Disappointing response. Normally I love you guys, only bring my truck there because you've always been great. I've twice been asked to fill out a review for this appointment and this is the 2nd time I've expressed my disappointment with my appointment and no one seems to care. I had to make special arrangements for this appointment, that's on me due to my schedule, but it makes it more frustrating that it was so "messy". If a customer asks and pays for a service, they should get that service. If they don't need it or a business can't provide it, they shouldn't be charged for it.

I have been taking my cars to Ultra Tech for many years from my 1939 ford, 1974 GTO to my newer cars. they treat my cars has if it was his own car he was working on. Ultra Tech is to only Auto Service I will use for all my auto repairs. They are a very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, family run Auto Service. I HIGHLY recommend you using Ultra Tech for all your auto needs.
