When i received my price quote on the set of tires on my truck they were $250 cheaper than everyone else because of the black Friday special. Came in on Black Friday to order the tires and paid for them, ordered the tires and made appointment for two weeks out. Dropped off truck the night before and the next day got a call that my tires never showed up at there store. They could not tell me when my correct tires would be in but they had a smaller tire that would fit but would make my speedometer off ( at this point I was ok with it). Went to pick my truck up only to find out that there was a $300 extra charge for installation making them more expensive than everyone else. I don’t think ill ever walk back in that store again.

I was scheduled for a tire rotation at 230 at 3 they still had not started. When I dropped off my car at 2 they said they were on time. Never got done

The service that my vehicle (2019 Ford Edge) received was just fine; no issues, just preventative maintenance. I was extremely frustrated, however, when I picked up my vehicle and found a dent that was not there prior to my vehicle being serviced. I addressed the issue with the manager of the auto center. She checked outside security footage and said she was unable to see anything happen to the vehicle. Upon further examination at home, in better lighting, I was able to notice another small dent and some scuff marks in the same area. My husband called the auto center again and requested that they check footage from inside of the shop. Once again they were not able to see anything happen to my vehicle. I have no idea what happened but I am really upset that something like this happened to my vehicle while it was in Fleet Farm's possession.
