Ultra Tech is to only Auto Service I will use for all my auto repairs. They are a very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, family run Auto Service. We had to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and they said they would not fix the automatic roll down because they weren't sure if it did that originally. The staff was condescending and rude--I will never go back!
Took in my motorcycle for repair in September, 2012. He accepted the ... read more Took in my motorcycle for repair in September, 2012. He accepted the repair but has not repaired the motorcycle or returned it. It is now June 19, 2013. He has not returned my calls, texts or even a visit to the shop and home. He is ignoring all requests for contact and response to me. He still has my motorcycle and I do not. I suppose I will need to work legal methods to resolve this issue.
