Took in my motorcycle for repair in September, 2012. It is now June 19, 2013 and he, Bob, has not returned the motorcycle, repaired it or even returned my constant calls and text messages. He will not respond to any form of communication even though I w
Took in my motorcycle for repair in September, 2012. He accepted the repair but has not repaired the motorcycle or returned it. It is now June 19, 2013. He has not returned my calls, texts or even a visit to the shop and home. He is ignoring all requests for contact and response to me. He still has my motorcycle and I do not. I suppose I will need to work legal methods to resolve this issue.
