Mufflers repair service near Fridley, MN

Absolutely awful service. We had to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and they said they would not fix the automatic roll down because they weren't sure if it did that originally. The staff was condescending and rude--I will never go back!

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. This is the most dishonest mechanic around. If you are considering using them don't be fooled by their 5 star rating on their company page. They delete negative comments here and on facebook. They charge you for repairs that were never completed and then when you bring your car back, they charge you for more repairs. If you don't make the repairs they void the warranty. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Did not appreciate the attitude of the workers here. Especially the owner Jim. He was sarcastic and I really felt verbally attacked when I asked him sincere questions. Shocking! Very immature behavior. I do NOT recommend giving them business.

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. Great service, great people, wonderful products. I especially like his business model. It has served me extremely well, and truly is my 1 Stop for auto purchase. Dallas

These guys are awesome! They are one of the very few honest repair shops around. I had a couple minor repairs done while I was at work down the street they serviced me right away and gave me very good pricing.

You guys did an amazing job! After the repair my S4 feels like a new car. I've been to many shops with many cars but I got never a better service than with you. You are detailed, can explain everything that even I understand it and the time it took you to do all of this was outstanding. Thanks again! You made my day!

I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. this is a 100% true experience!!! i got a flat tire at SA gas station across the street to midas. i drove to midas and met Kevin. Kevin overcharged me for a tire! He was super pushy! He kept putting down every shop slandering them including saying that tires plus, firestone, and fleet farm dont correctly install and seal tires. He just wanted to take as much money as possible from me. he showed me a bill of 195$ for 1 tire and then charged my card for 224$$. i called and complained.. kevins manager said he would give me a refund of almost 15$ and i told him i am still putting my experience on the internet with the store, and he said well then im not giving you your money back? i have a constitutional right to post my experience.. you cant charge me more then agreed upon prior to work.. what a scam. horrible people

David Brink, Owner, is truly a stand up guy. He gave a fair and thorough evaluation of all my cars needs, rated order of importance and told me all prices ahead of time. I highly recommend him and his business to all my friends. We need this kind of full service auto service in Hopkins.
