Great Customer Service
A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. 5 Star Service and Staff
This facility is a Godsend!! While returning to Michigan from North Dakota, on Saturday, May 11th,2019, after attending our son's college graduation, our transmission completely died. Knowing virtually no one in the area, the gentlemen at this facility went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were also traveling with our dog and they allowed us to bring him inside because of how long it was going to take for repairs. Not only were they able to locate a suitable replacement transmission, but they also picked it up the same day AND stayed late to finish the job so that we could head back to Michigan the next day! The staff went out of their way to locate a hotel and provided transportation for my family and me both there and back to their shop when they realized they wouldn't be done by closing time! Steve, Terry and the rest of their employees should be very proud of themselves. I have NEVER been treated with so much respect and EXTRA assistance from any service provider and I have to recommend them!! If I could give more stars I would!!! #Pictures to come... Sharyn S.
