The technicians were honest that the brake pads did not need replacement as they were just rusty. The transmission flush has made a positive difference with the way my car runs and shifts. Overall, excellent experience.

Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil change. The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.
