I asked them the check out my brakes because they were squeaking and to see if they can figure out why my car sounds rough when it runs. The technicians were honest that the brake pads did not need replacement as they were just rusty. The transmission flush has made a positive difference with the way my car runs and shifts. Overall, excellent experience.

Ford Brake Repair
I brought my 89 Ford Truck in for a brake line repair because it was noticed a few months back. I mentioned to them that the last time it was in they mentioned the ball joints also might have worn as well. They looked them over and yes they bad enough to be a safety hazard. Tim did an except job with both the brake lines and ball joints for a reasonable cost and timely repair. I highly recommend them as most places may not have bothered to tell me just how bad they were and if they did they would have charged me a great deal more. Plus Tim's has a couple of black cats and one gray one and a fish tank all so very comforting if you wait for your job. In addition, they have also provided loaners. Great Customer Service and Honest Mechanics
Excellent service! First of all, they have a cat in their shop and he's very important to the experience. I highly recommend stopping into the waiting room to give him some love! Anyway, I especially appreciate their texting phone number. It makes it so easy to reach out without worrying that I'm going to embarrass myself over the phone! Even though the lot was packed full, I was able to get in and out in a very short period of time while also being confident in the work that was being done. Their no-nonsense - no trying to convince you to get extra work done. Of all the mechanics I've been to, this is the only place I haven't been talked down to. I told them my problem and that was that. They also have loaner vehicles available. They aren't pretty, but they move and that's what's important when you have places to be with no other option. To boot, their bumper stickers (which give you a discount) aren't ugly! They're well-designed and the variety of options make putting them on your car an easy decision.
