A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.

The Worst! For many years I used their car wash and considered it the best in Burnsville. Sunday I tried it and it was terrible. I spent $9.00 for absolutely nothing.

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. Absolutely wonderful service!! "Old school" treatment. Where honesty and integrity really matter! Had my tranny out and replaced in one day. All my vehicles will be serviced by these gentlemen from here on in. My hat off to Paul for his over the top concern. He answered all my questions with complete knowledge and no fluff. Even after numerous calls (which I felt, bugging him), he never let on that I was "wasting" his time. Also, I personally have never seen such a sparkling clean work area/shop. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. Excellent service. They changed my oil, headlight, and gave me a much needed vehicle diagnostic on the other things I needed fixed in record timing, and for a really good price. The people there were all super nice and friendly. 10/10, will visit again!
