The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. I have been taking my cars to Ultra Tech for many years from my 1939 ford, 1974 GTO to my newer cars. they treat my cars has if it was his own car he was working on. You business look good for the outside. But when you get inside and communication, what's your customers?. I think you are to take the people in and show him what they need. Not just put my car in public S8. This is what's happening. I work hard for my money and not give me the way.. Minneapolis is where I live and Minneapolis. I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!
