I called in a panic right when they opened at 8am on a Monday due to my car giving me lots of trouble over the weekend. Dave not only got me right in as a priority, but he gave me a ride to and from my home so that I could work from home while my car was being fixed. This kind of honest, and caring customer service just isn't common anymore. I had my car back running great as ever by the end of the day and the cost was extremely reasonable. The estimate was not only given to me verbally, but also emailed to me to see what work was suggested. I was able to then make a choice on the work. I trust this shop. Thanks Dave!

I have purchased 3 rebuilt cars from Jas at 1 Stop Auto. The first was a 2004 Civic for my daughter. Never any issues and still in service with her husband driving it now. The car was an excellent buy. So much so that I planned on coming back for a newer model minivan when my Chrysler wore out. My wife's corolla died first and we replaced it with a 2006 Corolla rebuilt by Jas. We have had that for several years now with flawless performance. Jas worked with me for several months to find exactly the car I wanted. He found and rebuilt a 2006 Sienna for me a few years ago and I have been driving problem free since. Absolutely wonderful service!! "Old school" treatment. Where honesty and integrity really matter! Had my tranny out and replaced in one day. All my vehicles will be serviced by these gentlemen from here on in. My hat off to Paul for his over the top concern. He answered all my questions with complete knowledge and no fluff. Even after numerous calls (which I felt, bugging him), he never let on that I was "wasting" his time. Also, I personally have never seen such a sparkling clean work area/shop. I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good. I have been coming here for a long time. Maybe 7 years. The service is always great, but they are pretty expensive. There was a time I needed some major engine work, and they quoted me over 5 grand to do something that I got an independent mechanic to do for about 1500, including parts. I will only go there as a matter of convenience now and for smaller repairs. Anything major, bring it elsewhere. I would love to give Steve at Southcross the business, but he prices himself out of the market.
