I asked them the check out my brakes because they were squeaking and to see if they can figure out why my car sounds rough when it runs. The technicians were honest that the brake pads did not need replacement as they were just rusty. The transmission flush has made a positive difference with the way my car runs and shifts. My rear end has this knocking I brought it in, they charged me $830.00 to fix “the knocking noise”. The noise didn’t go away and it’s louder now and on the phone they told me the noise had slowed and stopped which was a lie. I was so pissed I didn’t want to take my car until they fixed the issues instead of charging me for them doing nothing… never will be going back there!
