Engine repair service near Agency, MO

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service! My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. He and his team worked diligently to help us through a difficult situation. They were honest and knowledgeable, and I recommend them highly.

Horrible customer service. Was not able to get hold of anybody to answer my question about my vehicle. I purchased it there about a year ago and decided to give their service a try, but was very dissapointed. Will not try again.
