When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.

Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I've been going here for years, and never felt ripped off. He is honest and takes care of you, and stands behind his work.

Worst customer service ever. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do. By the fact that he works another job and the run-down appearance of this location, I finally stopped trying to get a refund on the most useless and outrageously stupid diagnostic test I've ever had. If you want to be treated with respect and common courtesy, go somewhere else. If you want a company that believes that the customer is always right, don't go here.

Had a slow leak. Tried two shops near my home and what seemed fixed ended up not being. Leak continued. Tried the Midas in Overland because near my work. On a lunch break they found it to be a bad valve. Removed tire, installed new valve. filled and has yet to leak. Sounds simple but other shops failed. I am just glad they took the time to actually figure it out. A new tire was over $150. So, I am grateful. Ask for Jamie or Robert. Thx
