Worst customer service ever. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do. By the fact that he works another job and the run-down appearance of this location, I finally stopped trying to get a refund on the most useless and outrageously stupid diagnostic test I've ever had. If you want to be treated with respect and common courtesy, go somewhere else. If you want a company that believes that the customer is always right, don't go here.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! Horrible service did terrible welds used a smaller pipe than the original to connect two pipes that don't even fit. don't take your car here waste of time. Blamed engine mounts when they had been replaced and are within spec. When the entire job in the first place was bad. Refused to fix it and kicked me off the property. You can see in the photos the welds had holes in it to begin with. Absolutely unbelievable

Best place to bring your car, I have a $90,000 BMW and trust these guy 100%. I walk in I get treated with respect, everything is very well explained and they are very cautious with my car....love this place!! They have one of the best welder s I have seen...flawless welds!!
