These people replaced my daughters engine total cost $1400.00. A week later we had to take it back because of a bad oil leak. It was the main rear seal. $20 part but $350 in labor because they had to drop the engine again. I asked why they wouldn't automatically replace a $20 seal in a 2002 engine while the engine was dropped and their response was well it's under warranty so you can file a claim with the person you bought the engine from to get reimbursed. So I did and guess what?? Claim denied because they said replacing the main rear seal when replacing an engine is considered routine maintenance and should've been checked and replaced at the time of the engine replacement.

Traveling form another state for the Holidays I needed to get tires before return. After install when driving the car made a noise and vibrated-I was short on time and New Years was coming so I took my car back first thing the next morning. I was told that the bearings were bad and tie rod like an additional $800.00! I had them do the work the parts were $250.00 and if I had the time I would have done myself. When I picked up the car it made the same noise I took part they put it up o;n the lift and all that was original wrong was a $12.50 pin!!!! They did not offer to give any of my money back! I would not do Business with them again for anything!

We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. You can trust bert with your automotive needs. If I lived in the area he would definitely become my go-to guy. Thanks Bert!!!!
