I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in my 2006 Mercury Mariner in Late Dec of 2012. Now 5 months later it does not seem to be functioning right. I called Benny and explained and he asked that i bring it in so they can take a look. Benny was very courteous on our phone call. I will be sure and update my review after they look into this for me. We lost our old shop of many years. We were looking for a new one and came across this one with a 5 star rating. I thought there is no way a auto shop could be that good. I want to say we were totally impressed. If you’re looking for a clean and honest repair shop with some great guys check them out. I would highly recommend this shop.
