I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

I was going on vacation and my air conditioning went out in my car. Got a bid from the dealer for $2,000.00 to replace my core. I took it to Eds they found out it was not the core it was something else and fixed it quickly before my vacation for $650.00. Thanks for a job well done Ben from Robertsville Mo

I have been going here for nearly 10 years now. Mike has always been honest, up front and fair. He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Even though I no longer live in the Tower Grove area, I've kept him as my primary mechanic for nearly all my car needs.

I went in to Meineke for an estimate on my brakes. After the inspection was completed. I got a quote to "repair" my brake problem. First off they claim you get 50% off brake pads etc. What a joke! I was told that my rotors were unable to be turned or machined per specs from the manufacturer. They never showed me the information in the book they were reading from. They said they have never seen that before. I do my homework so I called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. They told me they do turn and machine the rotors on my make and model of vehicle. Needless to say the work was not done at Meineke and I would never refer anyone to them for anything!! I guess they figure being a women I do not know a lot about vehicles!!!
