Out of this world service! My car was towed 2:30p to shop on Friday, diagnosis made, a new starter installed and I was back to driving vehicle by 7p! Great communication through out too. Cannot go wrong here. Angie Fosnough

We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. You can trust bert with your automotive needs. If I lived in the area he would definitely become my go-to guy. Thanks Bert!!!! worst service ever! Does not get the job done. May replace a part or two but you won't know whats going on if you don't have an idea to give Mike along with your direct input you won't get any additional service or advice.
