Radiator

worst service ever! Does not get the job done. May replace a part or two but you won't know whats going on if you don't have an idea to give Mike along with your direct input you won't get any additional service or advice.

Service Provided

User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by B-Ballin03 I took my mercedes to this place, and was very disappointed in the service and definately won't refer anyone to go there ever! Talked w/Mike who is the co-owner ,extensively throughout the day concerning my car, he found the problem with my car and failed to mention that a major part needed replacing, but sapposedly "rigged" rather than replacing the thermostate to keep the car from running hot, Needless to say, that didnt work! Claimed he drove the car to make sure, but obviously hadn't driven the car at all. Needless to say when I drove the car a short distance, it immediately ran hot, and the shop had closed by then. No way to leave a message, no answering machine! The next day when I called to let them know bout the shoddy work on the car and I still had the same problem, this Mike guy wasnt willing to refix my car or even look at it. Especially after I paid him over $500.00. Nasty office manager, they didnt answer my questions & stopped taking my calls. Never ever take your automobile there!! I eventually had to take my car to another shop and paid for them to refix the original problem & some other issues that Ed's caused by NOT doing the job right first
