We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. The work was excellent and the cost was very fair. You can trust bert with your automotive needs. If I lived in the area he would definitely become my go-to guy. Thanks Bert!!!! The staff at Yorkie's have always taken care of me and my cars. I purchased a used BMW 740il that had a few repairs needed. Not only were the repairs done quickly but they were done correctly the first time. I'd had the repairs quoted at the BMW dealership here in KC area and his team came back with much lower quotes. Repairs completed were new brakes, re-charged the A/C system, and replaced the front struts on the car. I was pleased with the repairs and subsequent charges. I've been taking cars to these guys for over 10 years and they've always been incredibly awesome for us. I've had them work on my Jaguars, MINI, Infiniti, and Ferrari. Each time they were transparent on what needed to be done, and I know I saved money over dealership repairs. Why trust the oldest foreign car business in Kansas City? Because they do it right the first time.

I took my 08 328xi in today actually - 1st thing I noticed was how clean the place was. I have been in shops my entire adult life, ran them, worked in them and I know how hard it is to keep a place clean. I dropped the car off with a list of things, Front and Rear Diffs, X drive xfer case, Manual transmission and engine oil change. Now normally I would do this myself buy I have been far to busy so I figured I would try them out. The car was ready when promised, all the fluids done, washer fluid topped off and ready to drive off 20 Minutes earlier than promised. Price wise it as about what I expected I $550 tax and all, granted if you aren't used to BMW pricing that might come as a shock but the car has 114k on her and I love the car so investing in good fluids is important. I will be calling them in the spring when it's due for a clutch and some bushings. Thank's again everyone!

This business is nothing more than a parasitic scam facility. Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop. They falsly advertise as an "authorized repair facility" for major foreign automobiles (BMW, Saab, Mercedes) and they are not. After taking my vehicle to this shop for over two years I became suspicious about the work being performed, the parts being used, and the incredibly high prices I was paying with constant, repeat failures of these expensive parts. I finally contacted my vehicle manufacturer and explained this whole situation to them and they informed me that this business has been "red flagged" as UNAUTHORIZED for any major foreign car repair service. They went on to explain that this shop claims to use genuine parts for whatever vehicle you have but they actually use cheap, aftermarket Chinese parts yet they still charge you for the genuine part you were expecting to get, actually they charge you more!!! After realizing what was going on my vehicle was taken to an authorized facility and they discovered some major damage that had been done during the previous "repairs" and some additional problems that were never brought to my attention because they had been caused by the "mechanics" at this shop in an effort to have me return in need of an additional repair. I've reported them to the BBB and the manufacturer of my vehicle. I've also reported them to the Missouri Highway Patrol who has an investigative unit that focuses on these exact issues since there are crimes involved with tampering with a motor vehicle. Do not make the same mistake we made, stay away from this place. You will pay a ton of money and your repair problems will only get worse.
