I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.

They did the repairs.

Entrusted this shop w/ work on a recently purchased Jeep. Work was completed in good time and done extremely well. Will absolutely use again. Good to find a trustworthy shop that does good work. Dan K. St. Louis, MO

Mark and his entire staff are great people to deal with. They are friendly, honest and knowledgable. The pricing is fair, the service is top notch. You need to take your vehicle here for all your repair and maintenance needs. I use their new Ellisville location. My brother and his entire family take their vehicles to the Fenton location. I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. Best place to bring your car, I have a $90,000 BMW and trust these guy 100%. I walk in I get treated with respect, everything is very well explained and they are very cautious with my car....love this place!! They have one of the best welder s I have seen...flawless welds!!

They charged me too much from start to end 3440.00 and my engine is locked up on me small claims court is where im going

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.
