They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but hear... read more Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.
