We lost our old shop of many years. We were looking for a new one and came across this one with a 5 star rating. I thought there is no way a auto shop could be that good. Horrible customer service. Was not able to get hold of anybody to answer my question about my vehicle. I purchased it there about a year ago and decided to give their service a try, but was very dissapointed. Will not try again.

If you like your car, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE, the price is cheap but your car will most likely be damaged from the shoddy workmanship. If you complain about the gouges on the trim on the inside of the windshield posts, or the scratch on the paint, or the fact that there is now a gap on the top edge of the windshield trim, be prepared to listen to how you put them there and they didn't. They will tell you that it is an old car and those gouges in your windshield trim is old damage that was already there. Fortunately I went next door to PickNPull and was able to buy matching trim from another car that was in excellent condition. I was lucky, you may not be, I will also have to get some trim sealer to seal the trim on the top of the windshield so water doesn't get down under the windshield and rust out the metal underneath. The workmanship is very shoddy.
