The people were amazing as well as the service on my car! I had a head light that the previous owner messed up the ballast on! Well let’s just say no more issues the lights work amazingly! Madison Motor Werks did a phenomenal job with my Mercedes. I came in for a fairly large repair on my Mercedes E350. They were super pleasant and very professional, plus the prices were appropriate and well below dealer rates. I TOOK MY CAR HERE AND NOW IT'S TOTALED! Dwight at this shop seemed very helpful until i took my car to a Honda dealership and they told me that he had totaled it. The same thing Western motor co. repaired less than a month before was broken again. They discovered that Dwight had used the wrong type of bolt when he installed my replacement parts (water pump and belt tensioner) and as a result it damaged the threads and the shape of the hole that the bolt is supposed to fit into on the engine block. Honda wants 5000 for a new engine block or 3500 for used engine installed.
