Belt Tensioner and water pump repair

I TOOK MY CAR HERE AND NOW IT'S TOTALED! Dwight at this shop seemed very helpful until i took my car to a Honda dealership and they told me that he had totaled it. The same thing Western motor co. repaired less than a month before was broken again. They discovered that Dwight had used the wrong type of bolt when he installed my replacement parts (water pump and belt tensioner) and as a result it damaged the threads and the shape of the hole that the bolt is supposed to fit into on the engine block. Honda wants 5000 for a new engine block or 3500 for used engine installed.
