I HIGHLY recommend Chuck Coats! He is super helpful and extremely nice! I ran into a situation the night before where my starter went out and I had to leave for Georgia early that next morning. I brought my car straight to him that next morning and he had me back on the road an hour later. He and his team really take excellent care of their customers! After having the front brakes changed, they began constantly squeaking in less than 1.5 years. I called three times over as many weeks to check if there was any warranty or service guarantee - the first two times I was told they would call back (never did), the third time I was told there was nothing they could do (and hastily hung up on). Brakes are suppose to last at least between 30,000 and 70,000 miles - these have maybe 15,000 miles on them. It's sad that they don't stand behind their work and for that reason (ignoring the poor customer service) I would not recommend them for your service needs.
