My radiator developed a serious leak upon arrival in Bozeman at 6:00 pm on Wednesday the 4th of July. I had just driven to Bozeman from Spokane, WA and needed the pickup to move students between apartments. I called Straightaway and arrived at 11:00 am the next day for an assessment and the best choice was to replace the radiator. (stop leak plugs heater cores and the radiator is 13 years old.) By 3:30 pm the same day, I had my pickup back completely repaired. Greg and Pete made my problem become anything but a nightmare. The service was outstanding. The work was well done and the drive home was uneventful. The price of repair was as quoted, and well within industry standards. I had a radiator issue. My fan exploded and punctured the radiator. I dealt with Dan and he was just great. Honest, trustworthy and set expectations correctly in terms of time line and what I could expect for cost. I am in the middle of restoring said Rover and will continue to bring it to them, time and time again. Great guys, convenient downtown location and they are expanding their shop to better service customers. I am sold.
