Radiator repair service near Albemarle, NC

These guys are great at Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair. They got me right in the same day. They had the radiator in stock and they had the best price for the job by a lot. I called four places. The ad says they’re at 650 concord pkwy n but that’s there old address they’re across the street at 723 Concord Pkwy North. Great service I’ll be back!

Stranded in Salisbury! Integrity Not only arranged our tow, they had us up and running with a diagnosis of the current repair but advised us of upcoming repairs. Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. We have already given out their card to a friend in the area. Thank You Integrity for getting us home for Christmas!????????

Very friendly and honest. Serpentine belt failure shredded lower radiator hose. No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

Supposed to fix water pump; destroyed by starter due to massive oil leak. Had to get towed to new mechanic and pay for new starter to be put on; my car's ENGINE WAS BLOWN!!!! The owner of this shop said he could fix my car's water pump, that the radiator needed to be flushed, and that the radiator cap needed to be replaced. My quote was $419.00. Sounded reasonable enough. Several days later he says he is stressed, he cannot get car to start, and he is just a radiator guy!!! I DROVE MY CAR THERE!! Paid to have it towed to another REAL mechanic and you know the rest. In the process of turning him into BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!
