serpentine belt and overheating issue
Very friendly and honest. Serpentine belt failure shredded lower radiator hose. No part available locally so car basically disabled. Kim drove me over to car rental facility. Remained in parking lot until sure I was in a vehicle. Part came in late on a Friday and car repaired. Shop closed Saturday but Kim gave me personal cell number and told me to come pick up Saturday morning so I could turn rental and save a few $$s. I asked questions about servicing another VW I have and they were upfront and honest about needed service and recommended intervals.

Boby Work, oil changes, general services & fixing fender
Great employees, very willing to help. The review above tells a lot about them they said they did not know what was wrong, they are honest and dont try to tell you they fixed something like many other places I have been too. They are reasonable with prices and work fast to fix the problem. I have a VW passat and the whole underside was torn off, they fixed it very fast with a great price. This is the only place I take my car. You should do the same.
