Visited for car annual inspection and tire rotation, they did it quickly and examine my car steering lean issue according to my description, no issues were found with steering, but when I drive the car back home, the problem seems to be disappeared after tire rotation. He does very good work, but you better get your price quote in writing, as the end price may change substantially. It did for me anyway. As to friendliness, he is cordial, but not an outgoing friendly guy. My experience is that machinists are arrogant jerks. He's not as bad as most.
