Tire repair service near Catawba, NC

I'm hoping you're doing the best you can. But I'm sitting here without a vehicle, waiting to hear from you regarding approval of the repair on my vehicle. I was told I might be able to get a loaner or that I should get a rental from Enterprise. I don't know if there is a special procedure to get that rental so that might get reimbursed somewhat for the rental cost. I called service several times and sent a text message but have not received any response. What makes things more difficult is that my 83 year old wife is a victim of strokes and seizures and dementia. I cannot let her out of my sight. So, I guess I will try to go ahead and get the rental tomorrow. I jus wish I knew where things stand. Hans Weidig

I have been using GB for 8 years. I serviced 3 of my cars there. They always been do a great job. They best tire price you can get in this market area. If you buy their protection plan, they replace the tire when it is not repairable. I had done that twice. I highly recommend.

Thank you for the excellent service 5??????????. However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

Greg's Mobile Auto Repair is reasonable and fast. He was able to complete my rotors and brake pads replacement in under 2 hours. He even accommodated me on a Sunday which is rare for a lot of shops to be open on that day. I highly recommend Greg for his 30 years of mechanic skills for your automotive needs. Great to do business with. I have developed a great relationship with them for both my cars. My 2011 Ford F-150 was having a timing issue and spark knocking terribly. I took the car to the Ford dealership and they told me the spark plugs needed to be replaced at 80K miles. I agreed and paid them $600 to do it. As soon as I drove off the knocking started again. I took it down to Jade and he asked his Ford certifed tech to check it out and he found that the PCM module needed to be reflashed to adjust the timing and only charged me around $100. I guess if I had asked them first I would have saved $500. I will go to them first next time.

Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.
