So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I have always been a cadillac man and the dealerships are over rated and too exspensive for repairs. Mr. Scott started out working for Cadillac and he is My Mechanic. Always honest , great prices on repairs , this guy knows his stuff. give him a try you won't be disappointed. It's funny alot of other shops that has opened in the past few years started out working for Donnie at Scott Automotive. 25 years in business says it all.

I just had my rear bumper cover replaced and painted by Aycock Frame and body. I am pleased to announce that they did a great job. But it doesn't end there. I had shops give me estimates of as much as $2200 for the same job. Aycock charged me about 20% of that. They do a great job and charge an even greater price. If you want a good job for a good price, go see the people at Aycock Frame and Body. They will treat you right!

I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED FOR A GRINDING NOISE AND MY STEERING WHEEL PULLING. THE SHOP QUOTED ME OVER $700 FOR THE REPAIR. I FOUND MOBILE LUBE DOCTORS ON HERE SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. WITHIN 3 HOURS THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT TO ME AND HAD MY CAR REPAIRED. CHRIS FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET ME REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD FOR $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE SHOP QUOTED ME. I LOVE THIS SERVICE.

I've taken my cars to Websters for more years than I care to remember, and they are probably the top shop I've ever dealt with: extremely competent, efficient, very skilled at evaluating problems and very trustworthy. They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.

I arrived at the shop because I had a tire that had came unclinched from the wheel on my trailer. Upon arrival I was making my way around the building and met two employees behind the building. As we stopped and ask them if they could try to fix the tire, the two tire shop employees looked at the trailer dumb founded, ( we had to exit the vehicle and show them the tire that was flat, which was pretty obvious). So I asked them if they had air so that they could try to clinch the tire and inflate the tire. The tire shop employees stated they did not have anything big enough to work on the tire, and something about the tire being a 100psi tire, which is incorrect and all I needed was the tire to be clinched and my little plug in pump could do the rest. This is the only tire shop I have ever been to that said We don t work on tires and we don t have a compressor that big My home compressor goes to 120psi to bad I was an hour and half away. I would not suggest anyone take anything to this shop, they are incompetent, very rude, and have terrible customer service.
