So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. Excellent experience. BrakeMaster Mobile Auto Repair saved me about $600 dollars on front end suspension work on my Crown Vic. national chain repair shop wanted over $1200 to do the work. Chris and Travis did it in about 3 hours for half the price . found Chris's business advertised on craigslist so i thought, what do i have to loose. after just a couple of minutes on the phone with Chris he called me back and gave me an estimate that was half of what i was being charged at the chain. Chris met me with my car and started the repair at around 11:30am and he was finished with all the work by about 2pm. new Ball joints upper and lower both sides , new monroe shocks, Sway bar link, and right side tie rod ends all for half of what the national chain was going to gouge me for. dropped it off at another chain to do the front end alignment and it is all good. Honest, and good at their jobs i highly recommend them. Thanks Chris , excellent work and service. i will definitely use you again for all of my auto repair needs.

recently moved to Greensboro from up north and was in for routine maintenance oil and tire rotation, had been referred to Beamer from a coworker. the staff at Beamer was very friendly both on the phone and in person at the Wendover location. they take pictures of anything needing immediate or likely future attention and they show you the parts before replacing in person so you can really see what is being done and approve work and charges in advance. I believe them to be honest professionals as I knew what was going on with my car before getting there, and some things that other shops in another state told me I needed to replace Beamer said was fine. very reasonable prices from what I saw. will definitely be back to Beamer for my auto needs. highly recommend!

I've taken my cars to Websters for more years than I care to remember, and they are probably the top shop I've ever dealt with: extremely competent, efficient, very skilled at evaluating problems and very trustworthy. They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.

I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

The service was super fast, the hospitality was amazing and the price was surprisingly competitive. Not to leave out David, who was my personal chauffeur for the day..... who also has great customer service skills.
