Electrical repair service near Greenville, NC

It took 9 days to do a 4 hr job. He never kept me abreast about my car. I had to keep checking with him. I drove by the shop on a day it was supposed to be closed (Saturday) and noticed someone working on my car. The person working on it was a mechanic who no longer worked there. On Monday I spoke to the owner, and was informed that my vehicle is fixed except the check engine light is on. He stated that he would diagnose it and get back to me...he never did. I again went to his shop days later to see that my car was still parked in the bay after ours. The next days it was parked behind his shop fenced in. I decided that I was going to get my car so I went back on that Friday. After hiding and speaking to someone on his cell phone he decided to offer mey car. After paying, he wanted to point out my air intake as if it had anything to do with the job he did. After 1.5 hrs, the check engine light came on giving me 2 new codes. Prior to this establishment touching my car I had no such issues. Beware! Shady!

Russell and his crew did an excellent job servicing my 2003 Honda Pilot. In addition to the oil change, they take the time to check all the other fluids and let me know how much time I have left on my brakes, tires, etc. I highly recommend them!

The most dishonest, abusive, and absolutely the worst experience with a car mechanic and the store cashier in my life.
