I had a small accident while I was on vacation in Matthews. Another car repair shop said I needed a new oil pan, oil change, splash guard and alignment. Then they told me my car was too small for them to work on and I needed to take it to a Fiat dealer. I Googled auto repair shops that work on Fiats and Red Rock Auto came up. I took my car there and the owner was honest and told me everything was fine except there was a small hairline fracture on the outside but no leaks. I didn't have to repair anything. I was very blessed to find an honest repair shop who didn't take advantage of a female from out of state. Thank you!!!

Jason kept my car for 6 months and his family members abused my car. His relative a non-employee also smoked and crashed my car per the police report. Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.
