Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

Had several small punctures in my tire. They were able to replace my tire same day.

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

Then they told me my car was too small for them to work on and I needed to take it to a Fiat dealer. I Googled auto repair shops that work on Fiats and Red Rock Auto came up. I took my car there and the owner was honest and told me everything was fine except there was a small hairline fracture on the outside but no leaks. I didn't have to repair anything. I was very blessed to find an honest repair shop who didn't take advantage of a female from out of state. Thank you!!!

Took my car in for an oil change and saw that they had a Groupon special. The Groupon was advertised as $29. The owner told me to ignore the coupon and he would give me the same price. His "same Price" Was $79.95. He said that he had to replace an oil drain plug, which on the invoice is only $13.98.
